• Ensure that adequate emergency response procedures/plans are developed and maintained to mitigate the impact of incidents, and/or accidents in our operations and test systems for effectiveness.
• Ensure that all unsafe acts/conditions, accidents, and incidents are reported and analyzed, to improve procedures and human behaviours.
• Provide adequate resources and HSE training programs for employees and sub-contractor and personnel.
